THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will delete all locally stored data.

The laws of the Philippines shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.
