Warmply prioritizes on-device processing. We:

• Keep Your profile and mood settings on Your device
• Do not access Your social media accounts directly
• Do not store the content You share to Warmply on Our servers

Local Storage First

All personal data is stored exclusively on Your Device. This means:

• Your reply history never leaves Your device
• Your voice recordings are processed locally and not transmitted
• Your style training data stays on Your device
• Your analytics and usage patterns are computed locally
• You have complete control over Your data

Types of Data Collected

Reply Data (Stored Locally Only)

Warmply saves Your reply history and preferences locally on Your Device. This includes:

• Generated replies and edits You make
• Mood and tone preferences
• Style training data based on Your usage
• Analytics about Your reply patterns

This data is stored ONLY on Your Device and is NEVER transmitted to Us or any third party.

Voice Data (Processed Locally)

When You use the Voice to Text feature:

• Your voice is recorded temporarily for processing
• Speech-to-text conversion happens on Your device
• Voice recordings are not stored permanently
• No audio data is transmitted to Our servers

Shared Content (Temporary Processing)

When You share a post to Warmply:

• The shared content is processed to generate replies
• This content may be sent to AI services for reply generation
• We do not store the original shared content
• Generated replies are stored locally on Your device

Personal Data We Collect

We collect minimal personal data. Warmply does not require:

• Social media login credentials
• Email addresses (unless You contact support)
• Phone numbers
• Location data
• Device identifiers (except as may be collected by advertising networks - see below)

Usage Data

We do not collect detailed Usage Data. Warmply does not track:

• Which social media posts You reply to
• The content of Your conversations
• Your social media activity outside the app

AI Processing

Warmply uses AI services to generate reply suggestions. When generating replies:

• The shared post content may be sent to AI services
• Your mood/tone preference is used to customize responses
• No personally identifiable information is attached to these requests
• AI services may have their own data policies (see Third-Party Services section)

Data from Third-Party Advertising Services

Warmply may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). These advertising networks may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:

• Your Device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
• Device type and model
• Operating system information
• Advertising identifiers
• General location information (country/region level)

You can opt out of personalized advertising through Your device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

Your locally stored data is used solely to:

• Generate personalized reply suggestions
• Train Your style profile for better Auto Mode responses

• Improve Your experience within the Application

We do not use Your Personal Data for any purpose beyond providing the Service to You.

Sharing Your Personal Data

We do not share Your Personal Data. Your reply history, voice recordings, and style preferences stored locally on Your Device are never shared with Us or any third parties.

Third-Party AI Services

When generating replies, the content of shared posts may be processed by third-party AI services. These services:

• Receive only the post content needed for reply generation
• Do not receive Your personal information
• Have their own privacy policies governing data use

Third-Party Advertising Services

As mentioned above, third-party advertising networks may collect information when advertisements are displayed. This data collection and sharing is governed by the privacy policies of those advertising networks, not by this Privacy Policy.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Since We do not collect Personal Data on Our servers, We do not retain any Personal Data. Your data stored locally on Your Device is retained only as long as You choose to keep it.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

We do not transfer Your Personal Data because We do not collect it. Your data stored locally on Your Device never leaves Your Device except when:

• You choose to share a generated reply back to a social platform
• Post content is temporarily processed for reply generation

Delete Your Personal Data

Since all Your data is stored locally on Your Device, You have complete control over it. You can:

• Delete individual replies from Your history
• Clear Your entire reply history
• Reset Your style training data
• Clear Your analytics data
• Uninstall the Application to remove all locally stored data

Please note: Once You delete data from the Application or uninstall the Application, the data is permanently removed from Your Device. We cannot recover deleted data because We never had access to it in the first place.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Since We do not collect Personal Data on Our servers, We have no Personal Data to disclose.

Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency), We may be required to provide information. However, since We do not collect or store Your Personal Data, We would have no information to provide.

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, this Privacy Policy may be transferred. However, since We do not collect Personal Data, no Personal Data would be transferred in such transactions.

Security of Your Personal Data

Since all Your data is stored locally on Your Device, the security of Your data depends on:

Warmply uses the native share functionality of Your device:

• We do not directly access Your social media accounts
• We do not store Your social media credentials
• Sharing is handled through Your device's share sheet

Platform Availability

Warmply is available for iOS and Android devices. The Application may request the following permissions:

• Microphone: For Voice to Text feature (optional)
• Share Extension: To receive shared posts from other apps

No Account Required

Warmply does not require account creation. You can use the Service immediately after installation without providing any personal information.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is designed for users who engage with social media platforms. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

Since We do not collect Personal Data on Our servers, We cannot collect information from children. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has somehow provided Us with Personal Data (which should not be possible given Our minimal data collection policy), please contact Us.
