IMPORTANT: Abiso collects ZERO personal data. All notification data is stored locally on Your device. We do not have access to Your data.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service. (Note: Abiso does not currently require account creation.)
• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Abiso Notification History Log.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Hoopoo.
• Country refers to: Philippines.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Our Privacy Commitment

Abiso is built with privacy as a core principle. We believe Your notification history is Your personal information, and You should have complete control over it.

Zero Data Collection

Abiso collects ZERO personal data from You. We do not:

• Track Your usage of the Service
• Collect Your notification content
• Monitor Your device activity
• Store Your data on Our servers
• Transmit Your data to third parties (except as described in the Advertising section below)

Local Storage Only

All notification data is stored exclusively on Your Device. This means:

• Your notification history never leaves Your device
• We have no access to Your notification logs
• Your data is not backed up to Our servers
• You have complete control over Your data

Types of Data Collected

Notification Data (Stored Locally Only)

Abiso saves Your device notifications locally on Your Device. This includes:

• Notification content (title, text, app name)
• Timestamp information
• App icons and metadata

This data is stored ONLY on Your Device and is NEVER transmitted to Us or any third party.

Personal Data We Collect

We collect ZERO personal data. Abiso does not require:

• Account registration
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Names or personal identifiers
• Location data
• Device identifiers (except as may be collected by advertising networks - see below)

Usage Data

We do not collect Usage Data. Abiso does not track:

• How often You use the Service
• Which features You use
• How long You use the Service
• Any analytics or diagnostic data

Data from Third-Party Advertising Services

Abiso is provided free of charge and may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). These advertising networks may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:

• Your Device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
• Device type and model
• Operating system information
• Advertising identifiers
• General location information (country/region level)

You can opt out of personalized advertising through Your device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

Since We collect zero personal data, We do not use Your Personal Data for any purpose. Your notification data stored locally on Your Device is used solely by the Application to provide the Service to You.

Sharing Your Personal Data

We do not share Your Personal Data because We do not collect it. Your notification data stored locally on Your Device is never shared with Us or any third parties.

Third-Party Advertising Services

As mentioned above, third-party advertising networks may collect information when advertisements are displayed. This data collection and sharing is governed by the privacy policies of those advertising networks, not by this Privacy Policy.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Since We do not collect Personal Data, We do not retain any Personal Data. Your notification data stored locally on Your Device is retained only as long as You choose to keep it. You can delete Your notification history at any time through the Application.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

We do not transfer Your Personal Data because We do not collect it. Your notification data stored locally on Your Device never leaves Your Device and is never transferred to Us or any third parties.

Delete Your Personal Data

Since all Your data is stored locally on Your Device, You have complete control over it. You can:

• Delete individual notifications at any time
• Archive notifications
• Clear Your entire notification history
• Uninstall the Application to remove all locally stored data

Please note: Once You delete data from the Application or uninstall the Application, the data is permanently removed from Your Device. We cannot recover deleted data because We never had access to it in the first place.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Since We do not collect Personal Data, We have no Personal Data to disclose. However, in the unlikely event that We are required by law to provide information:

Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency), We may be required to provide information. However, since We do not collect or store Your Personal Data, We would have no information to provide.

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, this Privacy Policy may be transferred. However, since We do not collect Personal Data, no Personal Data would be transferred in such transactions.

Security of Your Personal Data

Since all Your notification data is stored locally on Your Device, the security of Your data depends on:

• Your Device's security settings
• Your Device's operating system security
• Whether Your Device is locked with a password, PIN, or biometric authentication

We recommend:

• Keeping Your Device's operating system updated
• Using a secure lock screen
• Being cautious about granting notification access permissions to other applications

We cannot guarantee the security of data stored on Your Device, as this is outside Our control. However, since We do not collect or transmit Your data, there is no risk of data breaches on Our end.

Platform-Specific Information

Android Platform

Abiso is designed for Android devices and relies on the Android notification system. The Application requires notification access permissions to function. These permissions are requested through the Android system and are stored locally on Your Device.

No Account Required

Abiso does not require account creation. You can use the Service immediately after installation without providing any personal information.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Since We do not collect any Personal Data, We cannot collect information from children.

If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data (which should not be possible given Our zero data collection policy), please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We will take steps to remove that information. However, since We do not collect Personal Data, this scenario should not occur.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
